Volatility option strategy

Volatility strategy is a strategy which benefit from the price volatility of underlying stock. You can profit whether the stock moves up or down. The important thing is it moves explosively in one direction. Announcement or news event can cause price to move explosively, because of over reaction. Straddle and strangle is a volatility strategy.
